Terms & Conditions

Client Confidentiality:

Get Organised will keep all personal information as per the laws of the land confidential at all times. Get Organised will continue to preserve client personal information after the conclusion of the professional relationship.   Personal Information is defined as Names, Addresses, and Phone numbers. 

 

Booking Services:

After completing the initial consultation or planning session, clients are welcome to book hands-on organising sessions. Clients can do this by contacting us on WhatsApp or calling us at 071 989 8581. The number of sessions clients can book depends on the package they choose. Get Organised will work together with the client to schedule these sessions at times that suit both parties. The scheduling of these sessions is typically done based on the allocated hours included in the chosen package.

 

Payment:

Once client has confirmed their organising services with Get Organised, a 50% deposit is payable before work can commence. The remaining balance for each organising session is due in full at the end of the session. You can make payments using cash or by electronic funds transfer (EFT) payable to Get Organised. If you require a receipt, please let us know, and Get Organised will be happy to provide one.

 

Organising Supplies:

Get Organised charges a 10% service rate on all invoices for organising supplies or products purchased on behalf of clients. This amount covers the time spent purchasing supplies outside of a hands-on session. An additional contract charge will also apply for the fitting of hardware that requires an external contractor, such as shelving, etc. The service rate is due in full at the end of the organising session.

 

Donation Policy:

Get Organised consultants will carry away a maximum of ten bags of donations at no additional fee. The consultant may not always be able to accommodate requests that items go to a specific charitable organisation. Itemisation and valuation are the responsibility of the client. Hauling services can be arranged at an additional fee.

 

Cancellation Policy:

Clients may cancel or reschedule organising sessions up to 48 hours prior to their scheduled appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a cancellation charge of 50% of the session fee.

 

Gift Certificates:

Get Organised gift certificates are available for organising consultations or hands-on sessions. Gift certificates are valid and may be redeemed for services for one year from the date of issue. Gift certificates are transferable but non-refundable.

 

Professional Recommendations:

Get Organised consultants will recommend products and services to fulfil their client’s organising needs. Get Organised assumes no liability for product quality or workmanship of any other service professional, vendor, or organisation.

 

📷 Photo Release:

Get Organised consultants often use photography to enhance our services.  All photos are anonymous.  Get Organised reserves the right to use images of projects for training or marketing purposes.
